Caring Hearts & Voices participates in numerous music events requiring members from the Stage Crew team. Sound crew members are needed at just about every event Caring Hearts and Voices participates in!

Meetup Events Host
Meetup is a platform for finding and building local communities. People use Meetup to meet new people, learn new things, find support, get out of their comfort zones, and pursue their passions, together. Caring Hearts & Voices host three Meetup groups to connect musicians in the Chicago Suburban Area with fellow musicians to attend open mics, volunteer events, and local music festivals and concerts.
You do not need to be a musician or have musical skills to serve as a Meetup host. You do need to have excellent understanding of hosting etiquette to ensure members and fellow event participants are able to engage in a mutually enjoyable event that furthers the mission of Caring Hearts & Voices.
If you are interested in leading a Meetup event, let us know! You will need to be a member of one or more of our meetup groups, and attend the events you commit to.
Meetup Hosts represent Caring Hearts & Voices during Meetup events. Hosts must conduct their behavior, actions, and words in a manner that aligns with the mission of Caring Hearts & Voices at all times, all locations, and in all situations.
Meetup Hosts may NOT advertise, sell, or distribute information, products, or services unless previously authorized by Caring Hearts and Voices AND Venue owner/manager during events. In other words, you may not use your leadership position to further outside or personal interests during meetup events.
